The Pinot Grigio DOC is a white wine from Friuli with a delicate varietal aroma produced by the Agricultural Company Perusini located in Corno di Rosazzo in the Udine province on the Oriental hills. The wine is produced with 100% Pinot Grigio grapes. The wine making is in steel under temperature control and it follows six months of refinement on lees. It has a bright straw yellow with green reflections.

The scent is characteristic with some pear, banana and almond flavors. The taste is full and fruity too with some peach and yellow flowers aromas, it is sapid and it has a long and persistent mineral aftertaste.
