From the vinification in absolute purity of 100% pure Pinot Grigio grape. The origin is that of the Nimis estate in Udine. The grapes are harvested at the end of September when they are fully ripe. Fermented and raised in French Allier oak barriques, the wine slowly evolves for about a year.
