The wine symbol of the Friuli Venezia Giulia tradition. The vinification of this label involves the use of 100% pure Friulano vine. The origin is the classic one of the company's vineyards located in the municipality of Tarcento. Harvest takes place by hand in wooden crates: grapes are harvested at the end of September when fully ripe. Cold pressed and macerated for 18 hours gives rise to a rich and dense must that leads to fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature (max 17˚C). After a slow fermentation, the wine is decanted and left to refine on the noble lees until spring, with constant battonage at regular intervals. In late spring the cuvèe is assembled and the product obtained remains in a steel tank to mature until bottling. After 6 months of aging in the bottle lying down, the Friulano de La Roncaia is ready.
