From the skillful vinification of 100% pure Cabernet Franc vine. The origin is the classic one of the company's vineyards located in Nimis. Harvest takes place by hand in wooden boxes. The vinification requires only carefully selected Cabernet Franc grapes, which are harvested at the right ripeness. After a maceration of about 15 days in French oak barrels, the product is drawn off and placed in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Here the Cabernet Franc de La Roncaia remains for 10 months. Bottling is followed by further refinement in a lying position which makes the wine even more balanced.

A deep ruby red colour with purple hues. Vegetal, herbaceous and earthy scents. The fruity sensations are intriguing and impactful, especially reminiscent of black cherry and wild blackberry. They are mixed with vinous fragrances and spicy notes that complete the bouquet, giving it an intense depth. The taste is the classic one with lively but pleasant tannins, striking for the lively freshness that encourages drinking. The structure is balanced by a warm softness and supported by a good body, which makes Cabernet Franc de La Roncaia a very pleasant wine in its authenticity.
