"L'Atto" by Cantine del Notaio is a red wine produced with 100% Aglianico del Vulture grapes. The harvest takes place manually during the first decade of October, followed by a short maceration and fermentation in steel containers. The maturation takes place in natural caves of volcanic tuff, carats or tonneaux of French oak for at least 12 months.
Basilicata Rosso L'ATTO's features
This red wine from Basilicata shows an intense and luminous ruby red color. The nose shows a fruity character of black cherry and crisp red fruits, from which emerges a spicy note. In the mouth the tannins are fine and the body is enveloping and soft, but marked by a certain freshness.
