Passito Bianco "Strina" Manara

The grapes that give life to this wine are: Garganega 95% and Moscato Giallo 5%. The fermentation takes place at a temperature of 10 ° C and the maceration is a full 40 days with two weekly pumping; subsequently the wine is transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months; the wine is then aged for a further 6/12 months in the bottle.

The characteristics of this Passito wine

At sight it is straw yellow with orange reflections. The scent is spicy and harmonious, reminiscent of black cherry and raspberry jams, berries in spirit, ginger and cocoa. On the palate it is warm, velvety, harmonious and sweet with notes of spices and cocoa, reminiscent of all the perfume sensors.

This wine from the Manara winery is suitable for accompanying all desserts, in particular panettone and pastefrolle, to try with chocolate it is fascinating when sipped outside a meal. Serve in large crystal glasses at room temperature. It does not need to be decanted.
