The rosé Mea Rosa wine of the Lunae production company is honored by the IGT Liguria di Levante certification. It is a refined, young, dynamic, pure wine perfect for the convivial occasions. It is produced by Vermentino nero grapes, vinified in white. The production of the Vermentino nero grapes of the Lunae winery is located in Ortonovo in the La Spezia province. The soil is pebbly and rich of stones. The grape harvest is manual and takes place in the half of September with the help of wooden boxes of 20 kg. The wine making process starts with the must fermentation under temperature control in stainless steel tanks after 4 hours of cold maceration on the peels. It follows an aging period until may when the wine is stocked in stainless steel tanks.
Characteristics of Mea Rosa by Lunae
