Descrizione del vino
From a blend of Albarola and Vermentino grapes comes this Spumante Brut Metodo Classico of Cantina Lunae: the vineyards are located at the foot of the Apuan Alps and therefore enjoy the beneficial proximity to the Ligurian Sea. After pressing the must ferments in steel at a controlled temperature, then the aging takes place for 8 months on the lees. Following the draught the bottles rest for about 26 months before disgorgement.
Characteristics of this Classic Method of Liguria
It has a straw yellow color, the olfactory notes instead recall all the scents of the Mediterranean maquis and white pulp fruits. The palate is creamy, with a persistent bubble.
Recommended pairings with this Cuvée di Lunae
Excellent with all peritive glia and with fish dishes, both first and second. Serve at a temperature of 6/8 ºC.
