Wine description
Made from pure cherry grapes from a single parcel in the plain of Luni, in particular from Vigna Luna, characterized by a unique context in terms of microclimate and beauty. Here the soil is sandy and the climate very ventilated: after the harvest, it proceeds with a short maceration on the skins in the cellar for a duration of about 3 days.
Characteristics of this Ligurian wine
It has an intense ruby red color and fruity olfactory notes of red fruits, such as raspberry, cherry, blueberries; there are also balsamic notes and floral hints. The palate is silky with a sweet tannic texture and a finish of medium persistence.
Recommended pairings with this red wine from Liguria
Try it with delicate pasta dishes such as ravioli and tortelli stuffed with meat. Serve at 16-18 ºC.
