Greco di Tufo DOCG is one of the most famous wines of the world. It is produced with 100% Aminea Gemina, the ancient name for Greco di Tufo grapes. “Grieco”, as the local inhabitants call it, grows up only in 8 small villages around Avellino. One of them is Montefusco, the town of Montesole cellar. The exposition and the climate of this areas contribute to the production of a refines and elegant wine. The harvest begins in the middle of October and it is followed by soft pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperature and cooled maceration last 12 days. The aging is developed in inox for three months and continues in the bottle for one month.

Rich straw yellow colour enriched by scents that recall flowers and citrus fruits, well integrated with minerals. The taste is wide and enchanting, with a fresh, dry and harmonious flavour.
