Sirios is produced with 100% Fiano, that was called by the Latins “Vitis Apiana”. The grapes are selected annually by the best vineyards located in the heart of the area of Avellino. The harvest is planned at the end of October. The wine-making considers fermentation at controlled temperature and cooled maceration for 12 days. The aging is developed in inox for three months and continues in the bottle for at least 2 months.

Straw yellow colour enriched by a scent characterized by white flowers, mature exotic fruits, fennel, sage and hawthorn. The taste is rich, dry and harmonious.
