The Colle Villano Winery from Friuli produces this sensational 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The origin is that of the DOC Friuli Colli Orientali. One of the highest honors. After the harvest, which takes place strictly by hand, it immediately follows the vinification in the cellar. It is started immediately after the harvest where the grapes are entirely harvested by hand, to perfect ripeness. After the berry is separated from the stem. Fermentation and maceration last about 15 days. The refinement develops in steel vats to preserve the freshness of the wine.
Characteristics of the Cabernet Sauvignon
At the organoleptic examination, this traditional Friulian wine is an intense ruby red. The perfume is elegant, intense with herbaceous notes. The taste is broad and velvety, enveloping, with good acidity and tannins.
