Wine description
From 100% Fiano di Avellino grapes comes this white wine from Petilia Winery: the bunches grow on clay soils located at about 450 m above sea level near Lapio and Parolise, Avellino. Following the harvest, which takes place in early October, the grapes are pressed by soft crushing and then fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, with final ageing in the bottle for 3-4 months.

On organoleptic examination, it has a straw-yellow colour with golden reflections; the olfactory bouquet is very rich and includes white flowers, pear, apple and toasted hazelnut. the same sensations return on the palate
