Fresh and with an intense aroma, this Tuscan red wine from Poggio Argentiera Winery is produced with 100% Ciliegiolo grapes grown in Grosseto: vineyards, sandy and with a conspicuous presence of silt, are located in Alberese near the Maremma National Park. After the manual harvest, the grapes are pressed and subjected to vinification in red, with alcoholic fermentation in steel. The next stage of maturation also takes place in steel
Characteristics of this Tuscan wine
On organoleptic examination it has a very lively ruby red color and olfactory notes of red pulp fruits and spices. The palate is striking for a good balance, and a fruity persistence that recalls the fruity sensations already caught with the nose.
Suggested food pairings with this red wine
Perfect to accompany first and second courses of meat, cold cuts, mature cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 ºC in a medium-open glass.
