To the cry of "Watch as Dance the Old!" which is a way of saying Maremmano that indicates the shaking of the air on days of summer heat. A label resulting from the wise and conscientious vinification of grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon grape for 50%, and Merlot 50% blended. The origin of the vines falls within the DOC Maremma territory of coastal Tuscany. The harvest takes place in three separate moments, however in a period between mid-September and late October. For the vinification that takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (30ºC). After the filtration is put on the market in June after the harvest.
Characteristics of this Maremma Toscana Doc
The wine has a ruby red colour. The perfume has intense aromas of small red fruits and berries, including cherry, raspberry, blackberry and black currant, floral notes of red flowers, spicy hints of pepper and light vegetable hints. The taste is soft, round and enveloping.
Recommended pairings tasting this red wine
An excellent wine paired with game, red meat, aged and blue cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 18ºC in a large glass.
