The sparkling wine of the Lunae winery 1.R Rosè is distinguished by its particular and persistent fragrant note and by the flavor of the taste as well as the refinement of its bubbles. The Denomination is that of Sparkling wine for which blended grapes have been used: Vermentino Nero and Ciliegiolo. The vineyards were cultivated within the territorial area of the municipalities of Castelnuovo Magra and Ortonovo in the province of La Spezia. All the vineyards are optimally exposed to the South - East and rise to an altitude between 150 meters and 200 meters above sea level. The organic conformation is mostly pebbly with an excellent richness of skeleton. The grape training system is the classic Guyot system. The grapes harvested in mid-September, are harvested by hand in small wooden crates and carried out for vinification, which takes place in stainless steel tanks using the ancient long Charmant method.
Characteristics of this sparkling wine
The color of Spumante 1.R wine is delicate pink with subtle hints of cherry skin. The perfume is elegant and intense, enveloping, characterized by floral hints, notes of red fruits and citrus fruits. The taste is fresh and harmonious. The sensations perceived by the nose are found, in particular subtle fruity notes and a pleasant finish emerge. It is expressed on the palate with great freshness and minerality.
