The sparkling Brut 1.B di Lunae, a precious and renowned Ligurian wine house; boasts the name of Quality sparkling wine. Produced with a blend of Albarola, Greco and Malvasia grapes. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks kept at a controlled temperature and takes place following the ancient Charmant method. The vineyards used for its vinification are placed within the territorial areas of the municipalities of Castelnuovo Magra and Ortonovo in the province of La Spezia. Their exposure is towards the south east and for this reason it is considered optimal with respect to the evolution of the sun throughout the day. All the vineyards are located at an altitude between 150 and 200 meters above sea level; their geological conformation is mostly pebbly with a rich skeleton. The method of growing vines is the classic Guyot. The harvest takes place in September.
