Wine description
This sparkling wine of the Banfi winery is made with 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% of Chardonnay grapes. The wine making process is made with the Martinotti method that consists in a long fermentation in thermo-conditioned autoclaves at 16-18°C with selected yeasts. A round, soft, very fruity and refined sparkling wine.
Characteristics of this Sparkling wine
It has a straw yellow color with abundant foam and a fine and persistent perlage. The smell is intense, fruity with peach aromas. The taste is dry, harmonic and soft.
Suggested pairings while tasting this Sparkling Brut wine
It is perfect as appetizer or with grilled white meats or fish. It is perfect also with the grilled vegetables. The proof is 12% and it must be served at 10°C in a high and tapered wine glass.
