There are used according to the traditional Cuvée the Pinot Nero, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes. The classic and traditional method considers the fermentation in bottle and the permanence on the yeasts for 24 months. It follows the traditional Remuage on pupitres and dégorgement à la glace. It follows the refinement in bottle. It is the result of a careful selection of the quantity and quality that every year, every vine can give. It is a classic for the Banfi winery.
