From 100% Chardonnay grapes vinification in purity. The origin is the classic one of the hills of Pressano, near La-vis in Trentino Alto Adige. The grapes harvested towards the first ten days of September are vinified separately, enhancing the different characteristics of the soil. The resulting Chardonnay selections undergo a long aging in the cellar and about 30% in French oak tonneaux. During the summer, the cuvée matures another 3 months in stainless steel tanks. During this period the wine reaches its balance and a natural clarification, which leads to bottling without any filtration. The wine rests in the bottle for at least 6 months.

This wine has a golden colour with strong green shades. The scent is that of yellow plum and nectarine peach alternating with mineral and brackish hints creating an intense and intriguing olfactory profile. In the mouth the sensations are complex. The taste has a taut and gritty flavor in which salinity and crunchiness stand out to complete a rich and persistent finish.
