From the vinification of autochthonous Müller Thurgau grapes from Trentino. The origin is that of the Giovo and Meano, Trentino Alto Adige. The vinification involves manual harvesting in the second decade of September, soft pressing in an inert atmosphere, static decanting of the must, fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging on the lyses for about 5/6 months, before bottling.
Characteristics of this Trentino white wine
This wine has a bright straw yellow colour. The scent on the nose distinguishes fruity aromas of green apple and lychee and floral essences of lily of the valley and jasmine. The taste on the palate is rich and harmonious, particularly savory and with a good structure.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Muller Thurgau La- Vis
A white wine perfect with fresh cheeses, such as mozzarella and ricotta, and with vegetables such as cherry tomatoes. An unusual but delicious combination is with the typical recipes of oriental ethnic cuisine, especially sushi and sashimi. The optimal serving temperature is 8 ° C.
