Wine list | Muller Thurgau |
This wine is composed by 100% Müller Thurgau, and praises the denomination Alto Adige DOC. The production area is divided in two parts: most of the grapes come from Bolzano, near Isarco valley (550 meters elevation), while the rest are cultivated in Cornaiano, on the hills of Oltradige (450-500 meters elevation). The soils are full of minerals, created by the sedimentations that date to the glacial era. The manual harvest is followed soft pressing and elimination of lees through the natural sedimentation of the must. The fermentation is managed at controlled temperature in steel containers, where it is developed the aging too.
