This great wine produced with 100% Sauvignon praises the denomination IGT Dolomiti. The variety is cultivated in the classic area of Cornaiano, on the hills of Oltradige, where the lands reach 448 meters elevation. This number is really important for its influence on the name of this wine. The soil is full of minerals, created by the sedimentation of the glacial era. The manual harvest is followed by the elimination of the lees through the natural sedimentation of the must. The fermentation is managed in steel containers at controlled temperature. The aging on lees is managed in the same containers.

Light straw yellow colour. Its perfume is wide and recalls sensations of apple, citrus fruits and loquat, followed by jasmine and yeasts. The taste is soft and fresh, with fruits and flowers in the final.
