This Pinot Bianco "B. Giussin" by Merotto winery is produced with 100% Pinot Bianco grapes, coming from the vineyards of Col San Martino, near Treviso. The vinification takes place with skin maceration for 6 hours, followed by soft pressing and fermentation in purity at controlled temperature. The maturation lasts 8 months in steel.
