Produced with 100% Marzemino grapes, a native vine of Trentino, this red wine from La- Vis winery comes from vineyards located near Rovereto and Mori, Trento, on sandy soils of alluvial origin. The harvest takes place in the first days of October, then follows the fermentation phase at a controlled temperature in steel and the malolactic one in cement. The refinement, on the other hand, requires a stay of 5/6 months on the lyses, partly in vitrified reinforced concrete and partly in barriques.
Characteristics of this Trentino red wine
The organoleptic test shows a brilliant ruby red color with unmistakable olfactory notes of wild berries and violet. On the palate it is characterized by a good balance.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Trentino red wine
To be combined with main courses of meat such as roasts, braised meats and typical Trentino dishes based on polenta and mushrooms.
