The Lugana "Brolettino" label of the Ca dei Frati company is produced with the Turbiana vine which is local from the Garda area. The grapes are picked when full ripen at the end of the first half of October. This wine can be easily aged thanks to the soil characteristics which gives to all the vine a mineral aspect. The wine making process takes place in steel tanks but ends in barrels. The malolactic fermentation completely occurs in barrels. The aging and the evolution takes place in barrels for 10 months and 3 months in bottles.
