This red wine is quite thick and strong and it can express at its best and it is also quite reworded. The Ronchedone is produced by using the Marzemino, Sangiovese and Cabernet blend. The vines are cultivated in the Ronchedone and Desenzano del Garda territories on a calcareous soil mostly clay. In the wine making process there is a maceration in steel and then in barrels for the malolactic fermentation and the 14 months aging period. Finally there are 10 months in bottle.
