Wine description
The Pinot Nero "Rondineto" of Fattoria Giuseppe Savini is produced in the vineyards owned by the company in the province of Teramo with 100% Pinot Noir. After the harvest and the soft pressing, the wine is macerated for 15 days, then ferments at a controlled temperature in steel tanks and then bottled.
Characteristics of Pinot Nero "Rondineto"
Pale ruby red color; hints of red fruits and violet flowers. Fresh wine with the right balance between tannins and softness.
Serving suggestions by tasting this red wine from Abruzzo
Excellent legume soups, braised roast and stews. To be served at a temperature of 16ºC in a glass not very high.
