From the vinification in purity of 100% pure Teroldego vine. The origin is the classic one of La-vis, Avisiane Hills, Trentino. After the harvest, the winemaking process begins. Thanks to manual harvesting in the first ten days of October, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation in vitrified reinforced concrete tanks, refining on lysis for about 5/6 months in vitrified reinforced concrete tanks and for a part in second passage French oak wood.

Upon organoleptic examination, the wine appears of an intense ruby red colour. The scent is absolutely characteristic of violet, which evolves into notes of plum and small forest fruits. The taste on the palate is expressed with a soft and round body with a particularly deep finish.
