Fattoria Giuseppe Savini produces this fresh and fruity international wine through the vinification of its vineyard owners, falling within the company. The vinification involves the use of 100% Merlot grapes, bred with the Cortina Semplice method. The production area is characterized by the presence of vineyards facing south and south-west, in the municipalities of Morro D'Oro and Notaresco in the province of Teramo. The land rises at an altitude above sea level of 250 meters with the presence of calcareous clay soil; typical of the territorial area. The wine is harvested in the second half of September, immediately given in the cellar for the soft pressing of the grapes. Maceration followed for 10 days. Then the racking and the maceration to complete the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. It is then bottled for about 3 months in bottle.
