From the vinification of Nosiola grapes in purity. The origin is that of La-vis, in the geographical area of Pressano, Sorni, lower Cembra Valley, Trentino. The vinification involves manual harvesting in the first ten days of October, soft pressing in an inert atmosphere, static decanting of the musts, fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging on the lyses for about 5/6 months, before bottling.
