Nes means Miracle. The island of Pantelleria, wild and generous, gives us its most precious nectar, a Passito with intense notes of candied fruit, citrus, eucalyptus, sage and apricot. This wine is the result of the wise and conscientious vinification of grapes of Zibibbo cultivated to alberello pantesco, Unesco heritage. The origin that guarantees the Denomination of Controlled Origin is that of the island of Pantelleria. The vinification after the harvest period in the second and third decade of September provides for the soft pressing of the grapes, the beginning of fermentation and the addition of dried grapes. Aging in steel tanks at controlled temperature for 10 months.
