The Nebbiolo D'Alba DOC "BONUREI" is a red wine of the Piedmont territory produced in the Bruna Grimaldi agricultural company. The grapes are 100% Nebbiolo picked by hand in the vineyards located in Diano d’Alba and it is composed by vines from different ages (between 20 and 50 years). The wine making is traditional with a maceration of about 12-15 days, follows the ageing for about 14 months in little barrels and 6 months in bottle.
Characteristics of Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC
Esthetically it has a ruby red color and with the time it acquires a dark red color. The scent is feeble with some violet and blackberry aroma. The taste is fresh, with a good structure with velvety and balanced tannins.
Recommended pairings while tasting this Nebbiolo wine
It has to be served in wide goblets at 18-20°C. It is perfect to be drunk with meat meals and tasty cheese.
