Dolcetto DOC by Bruna Grimaldi winery is a red wine from Piedmont. Grapes that give life to this red wine are cultivated in the territory between Longa Monregalese and Carruces: these vineyards grow up on a clay soil which presents a certain quantity of sand. Grapes are selected and presses, then moved in stainless steel vessels. Maceration takes place at a temperature between 27-30°C, then, before bottling, wine is moved again in stainless steel vessels where it will be refined for 5 months.
