A white wine with great versatility and pleasantness, able to involve and fascinate even the most refined palates. The grape used for its vinification is that of 100% pure Malvasia di Candia. The origin of the grapes falls in the DOC of Reggio Emilia. The white vinification involves the traditional soft pressing and fermentation in steel of the grapes. Finally, the slow fermentation. A young wine to drink with a maximum duration of 1 or 2 years.
