This wine is distinguished by the method of vinification that the Medici Ermete technicians were able to apply to this sensational and renowned grape. For its vinification it is foreseen the use of the ancestral method that allows the fermentation in the bottle without increasing the alcohol content. For its production are used Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes as well as 100%. The origin of the vines falls in the DOC of Modena. The result is a wine to drink young with a maximum duration of 1 or 2 years

At the organoleptic examination it appears of intense pink color with very fine perlage. The aroma is rich in notes of raspberry, red fruit and wild strawberries, typical of the varietal. The taste is dry, fruity, vibrant.
