From the vinification according to the traditional method, which respects on the one hand the great local tradition for the Lambrusco wine; on the other the innovation and the wine making skill of the winery of Capri and Sorbara. The grape variety used for the production of this label is 100% pure Lambrusco di Sorbara. The origin falls in the area of Concordia in the province of Modena. The vinification in rose and direct racking. Cleaning of the must and fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts.

The aspect of the wine is a light ruby red colour with the vivacity and foam typical of fine sparkling. The aroma is fresh and fragrant with violet and red fruit. The taste on the palate is fruity, well balanced by acidity and final flavor.
