From the blend vinification of 100% pure Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes. The origin is the classic one of the area of Concordia in the province of Modena. For the vinification of this exceptional label, it is provided for the soft pressing, first fermentation in steel and refermentation in bottle with foam and stop on the fine lees, without disgorging.

The aspect of the wine is a light ruby red colour with the vivacity and foam typical of fine sparkling. The aroma is fresh and fragrant with violet and red fruit. The taste on the palate is fruity, well balanced by acidity and final flavor.
