Lambrusco Grasparossa Amabile "CENTENARIO" DOC Cleto Chiarli

The “Centenario” Grasparossa di Castelvetro amabile (sweet) wine of the Chiarli winery is honored by the Lambrusco di Grasparossa DOC certification. This is a typical product of the Emilia Romagna region. There is a remarkable perfume of fruit and it is perceptible the berry smell. Its softness makes it very pleasant. It is captivating and enveloping. This wine is produced with 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes of Castelvetro which are traditionally pressed with a maceration of 36 hours. There is a short fermentation at 18°-20°C and finally the long re-fermentation with the “cuves closes” method according to the company tradition.

It is an amiable wine with an intense red color, very winy with a wide fruity scent. The lively and effervescent foam has a charged pink color.

The Chiarli Centenario Amabile Lambrusco di Grasparossa wine has to be joined by dessert. It is perfect also with typical courses from Emilia and with cold cuts starters. It has to be served at 10°-12°C in high and tapered wine glasses such as the bordeaux.
