The winery from Modena produces this modern and intriguing quality sparkling wine. The wine is made by the following blend: 80% Chardonnay and 20% Sorbara grapes. The production is located in Emilia Romagna in the Modena province. There is a soft pressing after the manual picking. It follows the fermentation in bottle “sur lattes” in a constant temperature for about 24 months before the final disgorging.
Characteristics of the Cuvèè Paradiso
This quality sparkling wine has an intense gold color. The smell is warm and enveloping with tropical reminds. The sensation in the nose is made of yellow fruit, iodine, and Mediterranean aromas. The taste has very fine perlage and the palate is balanced, fresh and solar.
