This Modena winery produces this sensational Rosé Spumante DOC wine. There is a soft pressing after the manual picking, and it follows the fermentation in bottle “sur lattes” for 24 months before the disgorging.
Characteristics of the Spumante Metodo Classico Rosé "QUINTOPASSO"
This Emiliano Spumante Rosé DOC wine has a light pink color. Its aroma is rich of remarkable aromas of red fruits and licorice. The taste is mineral, balanced between softness and richness in the aromas given by the left side of the Secchia river. The end is spicy and structured.
