"La Stipula" by Cantine del Notaio is a Metodo Classico made from 100% Aglianico del Vulture Millesimato grapes, grown in the vineyards of the Vulture area in Basilicata. The manual harvest takes place in the last decade of September, with maceration for a maximum of 1 day and 15 days of fermentation. Then it follows the passage in steel with refermentation in bottle and 48 months of aging on the lees in tufa caves. The disgorgement does not include adding sugar and is filled with the wine of the same year.
Spumante Metodo Classico Brut LA STIPULA's features
This Metodo Classico sparkling wine shows a pale straw yellow color, brilliant and with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes hints of white flowers and crisp fruit. In the mouth is rich and full and with a fresh finish.
