Wine description
Vermentino DOC “Solaris” is a fresh and fruity white wine from Liguria region. Vermentino is often confused with Pigato, but the softness of its taste is unmistakable.
Characteristics of this White Wine
It presents a brilliant and clear golden colour. Rustic and delicate bouquet, characterized by a fruity end. It offers a soft and “willowy” taste with a velvet and slightly bitter note which returns in the end.
Recommended pairings while tasting this wine
It should be served in a wine glass at a temperature of 10-12°C. It can be perfectly paired with fish dishes.
