From the vinification in absolute purity of fine and selected 100% Vermentino grapes. Coming from the windy hills of Sardinia. The vinification involves the use of bunches that are harvested manually, in order to make a careful selection of only the best one. After being destemmed, the grapes are pressed and left to macerate for a few hours together with the must, while fermentation takes place in steel vats for about 12-15 days at a controlled temperature. The liquid then refines on the fine lees for about a month, and then aged for a few months in the bottle before being put on the market.

A bright straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The scent has clear mediterranean references, with notes of tropical fruit. The taste is dry, savory and fresh, with a good gustatory balance and a pleasant organoleptic persistence.
