Dedicated to the God of Wine, Cagnulari Siddura was born in the most suitable area of Sardinia for the cultivation of this historic dark grape variety. The vine used for the vinification of this label is 100% Cagnulari in purity. The origin is the classic one of Sardinia. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the cellar in order to preserve their integrity and aromas intact. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and maceration on the skins for about 15/18 days. The wine matures partly in steel tanks and completes the refinement with a few months in the bottle before being put on the market.
Cagnulari "Bacco" Siddura’s features
A very intense ruby red colour, with violet reflections. The scent has a refined bouquet, with aromas of small dark berry fruit, undergrowth, medicinal herbs and spices. The taste on the sip is harmonious, with a subtle tannic texture, dense fruit, well balanced by lively freshness. The finish is of good persistence.
