BLACK Tenuta del Cabreo FOLONARI

Black is the result of a great dream of Ambrogio Folonari after his many trips to Burgundy. The grape variety is 100% Pinot Noir. The origin of the product is that of the grapes from vineyards of the estates of Cabreo located in the hills of Panzano in Chianti. For the vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C. The maturation develops in 500 liters tonneau with customized turnover for at least one year. The aging develops for a minimum of 6 months in bottle.

Characteristics of this Tuscan red wine

The wine has a bright red color with dark reflections. The scent is elegant, vinous hints accompany red fruits and hints of burnt incense.
