The Trebbiano D'Abruzzo DOP of Tenuta Ulisse is produced with 100% Trebbiano grapes, cultivated in the vineyards located in the province of Chieti, in Crecchio. After the manual harvest, the grapes are carefully selected and placed in a cooling tunnel with a consequent cryomaceration of the skin, which leads to the extraction of aromatic compounds. Then destemming, pressing and a slow fermentation at 11ºC. Aging begins in steel tanks and continues in the bottle.
