Made from 100% pure Trebbiano d'Abruzzo grapes. Cantina Tollo produces this sensational wine of the tradition of Abruzzo. The harvest takes place from mid-September. Immediately after the vinification with destemming pressing of the grapes, soft pressing, cold decanting of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature 70% in steel, 30% in Slavonian oak barrels of 30 hectoliters. The wine is aged for 5 months in stainless steel tanks and in fermentation barrels.
Characteristics of this Trebbiano d'Abruzzo
The appearance is straw yellow in color. The scent is that of yellow apple, peach, citrus peel and white flowers. Elegant smoky and hazelnut notes. The taste is medium-bodied, with a long and mineral elegant finish.

A great wine as an aperitif and with all the seafood, white meat and fresh cheese. The optimal serving temperature is 10ºC in a high and wide glass that allows the intense and captivating aromas to be exhaled.
