A wine that is the result of the cultivation of vines according to the organic farming method. The grape used for its vinification is 100% pure Pecorino. The grapes come from the Geographical Indication of Abruzzo, in the province of Chieti. The harvest takes place in the last ten days of September. The vinification is started with the destemming pressing of the grapes, cold maceration of the pressed, soft pressing and control of the fermentation temperature of the clear must. Refining in stainless steel tanks.

The appearance of the wine has a pale straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The scent is rich and fruity, with citrus and tropical fruit, peach and elegant floral notes, the taste is full, structured and of long persistence.
