From the vinification of grapes from the valuable grape variety reared within the farm according to the organic farming method. The Trebbiano grapes for this label are also 100%. The vineyards come from the Abruzzo's DOP area, in the province of Chieti. The harvest falls in mid-September. The vinification involves the destemming of the grapes, cold maceration of the pressed, soft pressing, cold decanting of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature.
